We have used KreeAtive Homes now for three projects - laundry room and bedroom renos, exterior siding replacement and a garage/carport new build project.  For every project we were impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the crews.  Kevin and Debbie take pride in their work and it shows.

I highly recommend KreeAtive Homes and would not consider another contractor for any future projects. The job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. My husband and I hired KreeAtive Homes to renovate my mother-in-law's home including an addition and a large deck. The goal was to make the home more convenient and safe for independent living. Before the project began, Kevin and Debbie were very helpful in making suggestions to improve the floor plan including main floor laundry. We had not planned to renovate the kitchen, but they made a suggestion to move the fridge into the old coat closet and then installed a butcher block and cabinet where the fridge had been, resulting in a much more functional kitchen. Not to mention that Kevin stained the new cabinet to match the existing cabinetry perfectly. With winter coming, the project was completed in record time. The site was left clean and tidy every day so that life was not interrupted as work continued. On the exterior, the addition ties into the older structure seamlessly and Kevin designed the entry to the home to make it much more accessible than we had originally planned. Beautiful new flooring was installed throughout the existing home and the addition. Kevin and Debbie helped us immensely with providing a great selection of material samples that fit our budget--we didn't even have to go shopping! It was done so expertly and so quickly. Furniture was moved out of each room and then back in the same day. Debbie went above and beyond the scope of work to ensure that each room was spotless. She also gave us many valuable ideas for organizational tools that we have since purchased and installed. Needless to say, my mother-in-law couldn't be happier in her new space. I don't think she imagined how the changes to her home would improve her quality of life. Thanks to Kevin and Debbie, she feels like a queen!

When the renovation began and ended of my Aunties home this fall...she wasn’t too keen on what to expect...the whole family agreed we needed to do something with her upstairs and downstairs trips...KreeAtive Homes definitely did an awesome job renovating to improve her independence after 81...they did more than improve access to help with her daily living... they assisted in working as a team to ensure she was included in the experience and sorting through years of gifts that were gathering...and was respectful of her valuables she held dear to her...but also improved easier cleaning and acc/ess for her to do what she enjoys...as she enjoys her privacy as she does her crafts...she will always have room for her weekly visitors...and she especially loves the extra room...I truly will enjoy the access she has to be included in the chores she needs to do, as we continue to assist her on the farm...will definitely make our canning and harvest season easier in the upcoming year!!! I had a renovation that required changes from my original drawing.  Kevin helped me save $$.  The changes turned out better than expected...AND on time (with the unexpected changes) and on budget!!!  I would recommend KreeAtive Homes to anyone who wants a company to treat you like "family".  They are by far the best contractor we have had into our home.  Professional...spotless when job was complete!!!
